About Kingfield

Building the network that moves global markets

The financial services industry successfully digitized trading, clearing, and settlement decades ago. But exception resolution—the critical process of fixing what goes wrong – has remained trapped in a world of emails, faxes, and phone calls.

That changes now.

Kingfield is the industry’s first real-time collaboration network for key participants in global custody operations, connecting 40+ business units across the world’s largest financial institutions. Built by industry veterans who spent decades managing these exact challenges at Salomon Brothers, BlackRock, Goldman Sachs, and Bank of New York, we understand what actually works.

By the Numbers:

  • 40+ business units actively processing claims
  • 7 major custodians and broker-dealers in network
  • 20-30% operational efficiency gains achieved
  • 90% reduction in open market claims vs. traditional processes

Industry Validation:

  • DTCC ClaimConnect integration partner
  • Pirum connectivity for comprehensive claims management
  • Ranked #8 in Global Custodian’s “Best of the Best Fintechs”
  • Strategic partnership across major financial institutions

The Network Effect in Action

Every new participant makes the network more powerful for everyone. When Broker-Dealer A processes a claim, Broker-Dealer B sees it instantly. When Global Custodian A submits documentation, all of its counterparties access the same source of truth. This isn’t just efficiency—it’s transformation.

What’s Next

We’re building the infrastructure that will define the next generation of financial markets. With Relief at Source on the roadmap and continuous platform enhancements driven by our industry partners, the future of custody operations is collaborative, transparent and real-time.

Join the network that’s making it happen.

How do you tackle a challenge this big?

By focusing on one problem at a time and collaborating closely with our clients, we’re stringing together humble wins to build a better, more efficient, fully digital back-office.

With a team of seasoned leadership across financial services, Kingfield’s executive team is motivated to push harder, reach higher, and never lose sight of their corporate mission: To build a world-class, next-generation ecosystem for the global financial marketplace.
